Ingredients
Cucumber, chopped to bite size pieces
Cherry tomatoes, diced
Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
Chopped spinach
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese
Dressing
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Dill weed
Lemon vitality essential oil
Thyme vitality essential oil

Vitality essential oils can be a bit strong. I would start with only 1 drop of each oil and then add more if need.
